"Let's color Gorgona" is a project born from the desire to open Gorgona to art and allow prisoners to participate in a redevelopment project of the island and to interact with an artist of international level like Zed 1.
Dada, a young and talented Florentine artist, also collaborated with Zed1.
The theme chosen during the focus groups was that of "Rebirth" which Zed represented with his peculiar style, "capable of dealing with complex social issues with the lightness of a fairytale representation".
The project was created thanks to the network of associations made up of MuraLi, Arci Livorno and Linc.
(Gorgona is the smallest island in the Tuscan archipelago and is home to a prison - the only prison island still active in Europe)
